From April 17th to 21st, the eLTER PLUS/PPP project meeting took place in Frankfurt, where one of our junior researchers, Bruna Paolinelli Reis participated. Her hard work and dedication paid off as she received the award for the best poster presentation during the meeting.
Bruna had the opportunity to showcase some of the restoration projects she has been actively involved in within the eLTER platform, including the remarkable Land Under Pressure initiative. Her presentation highlighted the importance of ecological restoration and its impact on the environment.
In addition to her successful poster presentation, Bruna played an important role as one of the facilitators in a section focused on ecological restoration within the eLTER community. This section brought together restoration experts from across Europe and eLTER site managers, aiming to stimulate and strengthen a network dedicated to ecological restoration within our community.
